Insomnia, in probably one of the largest causes of ill mental and physical health, high stress and various other problems. The human body needs to rest and sleep, and without this you are steering yourself into a continuous downward cycle of worse levels of health and wellbeing.
Whilst there are in some instance definitive physiological causes for this, the most common cause is an overactive mind usually associated with high levels of stress. All of which makes it more and more difficult to get a proper night's sleep. Essentially the difficulty associated with getting your mind to stop thinking, and quite down to a level where you can actually sleep, is significant.
Fortunately there are many solutions and whilst we do not profess to have a cure for insomnia. From personal experience I am pleased to present a refined technique of mind focus and body relaxation towards sleep, which has been tested and tried, with significant success. Having been an insomniac for a while I attempted to use this technique myself in order to resolve my insomnia, essentially quitening the mind to a point of sleep. Through continued use of this technique, I am happy to say that I no longer suffer from insomnia at all.
