Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the letsmeditate app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Please give accurate information.

3. Not medical advice

Meditation sessions, frequencies and other content are for general wellbeing only. They are not medical or psychological treatment. If you have a health concern, talk to a qualified professional, and stop any practice that makes you feel unwell.

4. Live sessions and community conduct

Be kind and respectful. Don’t harass, threaten, share hateful, sexual or illegal content, spam, or impersonate others in sessions or chat. Hosts may remove messages in their sessions, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Hosts

Hosting is available to approved hosts. Hosts are responsible for what they say and share in their sessions and must have the rights to any audio they play. Hosts are independent members, not our employees.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as chat messages and your profile. You give us permission to store and display it in the App so the service works. You can delete your chat messages at any time.

7. Zen Shop and affiliate links

Zen Shop products are sold by third-party merchants. Buying takes you to the merchant’s site, and your purchase is between you and the merchant under their terms. We may earn a commission from purchases made through these links.

8. Availability

We work to keep the App running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing ben@letsmeditate.net. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we’ll let you know in the App. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
